The flowers are not fresh , doesn’t match the photo aswell and there is no card idk where is it!!!

I didn’t get the flowers and didn’t have present for friends birthday. I changed the address, as it’s allowed and website accepted it. Then in 15 mins flowers were delivered to the previous address. No one contacted me and didn’t answer my calls. It’s a disturbing experience. I didn’t get my refund. And if I won’t get I’m going to leave a huge review in social media.
