Same-day delivery is usually available for ‘ready-made’ items and arrangements that can be assembled quickly. To view items with the fastest delivery, choose ‘As soon as possible’ as the delivery time.

Can I track my flower delivery?

Yes. We aim to stay transparent about your order progress. To view updates, open your profile and select ‘Current orders.’ Notifications will also be sent via email or SMS if you’ve provided your contact details. With our mobile app installed, you’ll receive push notifications. Notification preferences can be adjusted in ‘Settings’ in your profile.

What happens if the recipient isn't at home?

Usually, the courier and the florist will do their best to contact the recipient and notify them about the delivery. However, if they are unavailable, the items will be returned to the shop. Because of this, we recommend letting your loved ones know about a possible delivery – or choosing ‘Specify address with the recipient.’ In this case, the florist will contact the recipient in advance and ask which location is the most convenient for them.
