With the newly updated Flowwow Seller app, things are becoming easier. This includes employee capabilities, tracking ratings and feedback, and managing your products. These features will help improve your efficiency and maintain a steady workflow.
Employee Management
Director Capabilities
Employee Editing: As a director, you can review and update your profile, as well as the profiles of other employees. The only exception includes directors â they can view profiles of other directors, but not edit them
Adding/Removing Employees: Directors can add any employees using the shopâs profile. They can remove any employees except other directors
Setting Autocalls: Create an autocall for other directors and any employees
Branch Management: If you have multiple branches, you can manage employees across all of them (director management restrictions still apply)
Finances and Profile Details: Only directors can access the shopâs profile details and financial history
Manager Capabilities
Employee Editing: Update your own profile and those of sellers and couriers; you cannot manage the profiles of other managers and directors
Adding/Removing Employees: Add new managers, sellers, or couriers. Remove sellers, couriers, or your own profile. Managers canât add directors or remove other managers and directors
Setting Autocalls: Add autocalls for other managers (but not directors)
Managing the Shop: Each manager can edit employees only within the shop theyâre assigned to
This update introduces a simpler, more streamlined employee management for both directors and managers. Additionally, each role has its own privileges, ensuring better security and more precise control.
Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and feedback should be clear and transparent for you as a seller. So, weâre updating the way you see scores and reviews for your shop.
Ratings
More transparency and detalisation â now you can see the number of scores and reviews you have, along with the average rating in your city. All ratings have 4 categories: accuracy, price-to-quality ratio, service, and delivery. Additionally, the âHow is rating calculatedâ section can help you understand the specifics behind the calculations.
Now, you can easily see which categories were rated higher or lower. We want to make sure that each seller knows how ratings work and which features they need to improve to grow their shop.
Reviews
The updated review card shows the customerâs name, order date, role (sender or recipient), categories rated, the body of the review, and photos (if available). Long reviews are now partially hidden â click on the âShow full reviewâ button to see them.
You can view and reply to reviews and edit your response directly from the app. To navigate to the order page, use the order number. Itâs faster and easier to reply in the app, and editing lets you revise your answer before sending.
Complaints
This is a tool for seller protection â it can help address mistakes, incorrect ratings, or issues outside of the sellerâs control. However, it canât be used to remove negative reviews.Â
You can leave a complaint within 7 days of the reviewâs publication. We will ask you to provide a reason for the complaint â such as an incorrect rating or the Flowwow service itself. There may be a limit on the number of complaints you can send.
Most importantly, weâre updating how negative reviews affect your rating. After moderation, the customerâs score for that order may be removed from your overall rating. However, the review itself is never deleted. Keeping it visible for other clients helps us maintain transparency; at the same time, unfair scores wonât impact your shopâs rating.
Example: your client received their order late due to a courierâs mistake. They left a 1-star review. You leave a complaint, explaining that the issue was outside of your control â you handed over the order on time. Once the moderation check is complete, the team may remove the 1-star score from your rating, rolling it back to its previous level. However, the customerâs feedback will still be displayed in the âReviewsâ section of your shop.
Products
In the products section, weâve updated the interface to improve clarity and navigation.
Product Cards
The new cards include the item description, contents, components, and fillings (where applicable). Any empty fields are automatically hidden to ensure a more organised presentation for the customers.
Additional Products
Any additional products offered by your shop are only visible in the shopping cart, without the âShareâ button. The prices do not include discounts. Your statistics now show the number of purchases, and you can see the prices and the itemâs position in the clientâs cart.
Hiding Products
For hiding products, there are a few options. It can be done by shop admins, employees, via feed updates (XML/YML), or if the stock is low.Â
For blocked shops, the âHiddenâ banner and âBannedâ status are shown inside the âItemsâ section. In this case, statistics are displayed for both active and hidden items, depending on the reason they were hidden. If the item has previously passed moderation, its statistics are always shown.
Now, you can easily see why an item was hidden, allowing for more transparency with item management.
Product Management
In this section, the âEditingâ and âCopyâ buttons were moved to the bottom of the product page, creating a more intuitive interface (especially for mobile users).
âMy Showcaseâ Update
The new look makes management faster â item status, sorting, and quick actions are now more accessible. You can quickly review active offers and those under review, as well as prices and display conditions. Additionally, itâs easier to start editing your items.
As routine becomes less demanding, you can focus on strategy and sales.
Why the Updates Matter
These features are specific to sellers, so you can manage everything from team roles to products with more ease. Most importantly, seller ratings and review safeguarding are now more transparent.
