Each order comes with an aqua bag and flower food Please care for your flowers by cutting off stems with a sharp knife or scissors. By placing them in deep water prior to arranging in a clean container, having removed any foliage which would be below water level. Avoid putting flowers in direct sunlight, draughts or hot locations. Always use flower food provided. Roses: as above. If the roses wilt, re-cut and plunge stems in 2” of boiling after for 1 minute then plunge into deep water. Flower arrangement: add some water daily to the foam of the arrangement

The worst quality flower delivery I’ve ever dealt with. Meant to be delivered in 90 minutes - took 4 and a half hours! Zero updates from the shop. The worst customer service ever when I finally got hold of them. Avoid like the plague. It would’ve been quicker to pick the flowers myself.

The final bouquet did not look anything like the picture. The store was responsive and friendly, but they still delivered the bouquet they made which didn’t look anything like the picture and could be a £20 bunch from Tescos
