If the roses wilt, re-cut and plunge stems in 2” of boiling after for 1 minute then plunge into deep water. Flower arrangement: add some water daily to the foam of the arrangement

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order well in advance — on Sunday — for a funeral delivery on Friday morning. Despite the importance of timing, the bouquet was delivered late, after the ceremony had already started. I had to follow up multiple times without clear responses. The bouquet itself looked nothing like the photo I ordered from — it lacked the fullness and beauty I was expecting, especially for such an emotional occasion. The only positive thing I can say is that the support team was polite and tried to be helpful, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the stress and sadness this situation caused. I really wish the company had handled this with more care and reliability.

Заказ соответствует тому, что предложено на картинке, но доставка и сервис организованы очень плохо, заставляют клиента нервничать и уменьшают радость от получения подарка.
