To be honest, we were hesitant and undecided at first, but since we had little time and wanted to surprise our daughter, we decided to give it a try. The balloons arrived very quickly and looked even more beautiful than in the photos. We liked them a lot. Beautiful and well packed ❤️ thank you!

I didn’t get the flowers and didn’t have present for friends birthday. I changed the address, as it’s allowed and website accepted it. Then in 15 mins flowers were delivered to the previous address. No one contacted me and didn’t answer my calls. It’s a disturbing experience. I didn’t get my refund. And if I won’t get I’m going to leave a huge review in social media.
