Terrible experience — worst customer service I’ve ever had. I placed my order in advance to avoid any issues. Despite that, the shop changed the delivery window from morning to evening without my consent. Throughout the day, I kept asking for a clear confirmation whether the flowers would actually be delivered, but they couldn’t give a straight answer. In the end, the flowers were not delivered at all. What made it even worse: they stopped replying in the chat and ignored my messages, even when I said I was ready to collect the order myself from their dispatch point. Completely unreliable and unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

This was the worst order I've had in 5 years: 1) the store missed the delivery deadline; 2) the store was offline and ignored all my requests and questions; 3) the store didn't deliver the card, which was very important to me! I'm very dissatisfied with this seller and will try to avoid using them again!
