Flowers are fantastic
Delivery service is awful!
1 I was contacted to be notified that the present will be delayed - which is fine
2 I receive 2 calls outside of agreed time when I have work call
3 the same lady of the flowwow asking me why I don’t reply to the calls and then suggest to search for the bolt driver who called me - really? This is your solution?
4 the lady after back and forth finally provided info that the flowers were left at the concierge - fair enough
5 I received a call from an annoyed driver who can’t park next to the building and suggest to walk to the corner of the street to get the flowers, so he marked flowers as delivered to concierge and solve this problem in this way - do I need to comment that flower delivery supposed to be a pleasant experience and not the process of fighting for the flowers within poorly provided service
