12 Christmas Gift Cupcakes

I am giving this review not for the excellent cakes they make which are outstanding that I can't deny but the delivery service was appalling, I paid quite a bit for delivery only for it not to turn up until 2 days after the event so when I brought this to there attention they had not been very helpful other than offering me a discount for next cake which I won't be ordering from them and that was it. also tryed to blame me for wrong address when they had already sent a cake to same address afew weeks before all I can say is make sure you order well in advance

I have used this company several times before and have been satisfied with their service, however the recent order I made was a complete disappointment. I ordered a cake and balloon well in advance (24 days in advance) for a special birthday surprise. We are currently in a lockdown situation in the UK therefore the cake and balloon were particularly important as we could not celebrate in any other way. The cake was requested to be delivered on the actual birthday. The day before I did not any dispatch confirmation so I contacted them. They finally responded to me in the afternoon of his actual birthday the day after to confirm that it would be arriving a day late. I was forced to make alternative arrangements (which as you can imagine was difficult in a lockdown situation). The cake and balloon finally arrived a day later, which as I explained to them was no use to me given it was no longer their birthday! Also the balloon was not as per the picture on the website and deflated!!! I requested a refund of which they were particularly difficult and only offered 50%. I will not be using them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Whilst they were good for orders in the past, the service I received on this occasion was extremely unprofessional

Ordered a cake WEEKS AGO to arrive at our holiday address . Cake was for my husbands 60th. Day before cake due, got message to say they didn’t have the ingredients for fruit cake did I want vanilla or lemon sponge? Didn’t get message till the evening due to poor signal in the Highlands . Then told me couldn’t get cake in time and we were leaving next day. Complete disappointment, no birthday cake.
